Der aclipp CSV-Export lässt sich mit Software-Produkten, wie z. B. Numbers, jederzeit problemlos öffnen. Soll die Datei jedoch mit MS Excel geöffnet werden, kann es bei individuellen Metriken zur Schwierigkeiten beim Format kommen. Diese Probleme entstehen, da Excel selbstständig feststellt, um welches Format es sich bei den Eingaben vermutlich handelt. Diese automatische Formatvergabe kann jedoch auch falsch sein, sodass ein Fehler in der Tabelle entsteht.
Um dies zu vermeiden, gibt es einen einfachen Weg, die CSV-Datei richtig in Excel zu öffnen.
1. Excel öffnen
Zunächst musst du eine neue, leere Excel Arbeitsmappe öffnen.
2. CSV öffnen
Dazu im Reiter "Daten" die Funktion "Daten abrufen (Power Query) nutzen. Hier die Option "Aus Text (Legacy)" auswählen.
Jetzt den aclipp CSV-Export auswählen.
3. Textkonvertierungs-Assistent
Hier solltest du den Anweisungen folgen und die drei Schritte durchlaufen.
Schritt 1:
Normalerweise musst du hier keine Eingaben verändern.
Schritt 2:
Semikolon als Trennzeichen festlegen.
Anschließend siehst du in der Vorschau schon, dass die Spalten erkannt wurden.
Schritt 3:
Die Spalte anklicken, die sonst von Excel falsch erkannt wird.
Das Datenformat von "Standard" auf "Text" ändern.
Schritt 4:
Klicke auf "Fertig stellen".
Klicke auf "OK".
Jetzt werden die Daten genauso in Excel importiert, wie du sie auch in aclipp gepflegt hast. Nun kannst du mit der Tabelle wie gewohnt weiterarbeiten.

The aclipp CSV export can be opened with software products, such as Numbers, at any time without any problems. However, if the file is to be opened with MS Excel, there may be difficulties with the format for individual metrics. These problems arise because Excel automatically determines what format the input is likely to be. However, this automatic format assignment can also be incorrect, resulting in an error in the table.
To avoid this, there is a simple way to open the CSV file correctly in Excel.
1. open Excel
First you have to open a new, empty Excel workbook.
2. open the CSV
To do this, use the "Get Data (Power Query)" function in the "Data" tab. Select the option "From Text (Legacy)".
Now select the aclipp CSV export.

Here you should follow the instructions and go through the three steps.
Step 1:
Normally you don't have to change any entries here.
Step 2:
Set semicolon as separator.
Afterwards you can already see in the preview that the columns were recognized.
Step 3:
Click the column that is otherwise incorrectly recognized by Excel.
Change the data format from "Standard" to "Text".
Step 4:
Click "Finish".
Click "OK.
Now the data is imported into Excel in the same way as you maintained it in aclipp. Now you can continue working with the table as usual.
